While working with Spanish in Mosaic, I always found myself trying to talk about issues I learned about the year prior in AP Human Geography. I joined with McKinley Breen, and together we approached our Spanish mentor interested in learning the vocabulary. She told us that no course like that existed at Castle View High School. So we decieded we would make one.
A group of engineering and Mosaic students were selected to work with professional architects from the Cunningham Group to create a new wing.​ The project was especially hard at first, because there was some major conflict between the engineering and Mosaic students. However, we were able to move past our differences and work together to design the optiomal F pod for our two academies.

F Pod Design
The World Affairs Challenge "engages youth to solve some of the world's most pressing problems". Each year, participants put together a team and compete. Our idea was to solve Haiti's dependecy on imported rice from America. We planned to raise tariffs, and then use the money from the tariffs to support farmers in sustainable farming.
Serial Podcast
As part of a mini-course to create a podcast, we listened to Serial season one on the murder of Hae Min Lee. After several trials, we created our podcast that discusses our thoughts, the US Prison system, and the psychoticism of Adnan Sayed.
